Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing EDS Market. We take great pride in the quality of our whole spices, and we want to ensure they reach you in peak condition.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–2] business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or      public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as      during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will      notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


   

Shipping Method , Estimated Delivery Time And  Shipment Cost:

 

Standard Shipping  [3–7] Business Days  [Free ]

 

Expedited Shipping,[2–3] Business Days [Rs 100 Extra per order]

 

Overnight Shipping, Next Business Day [Rs 200 Extra per order]


Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues outside of our 

control.

3. Packaging for Freshness

To ensure your whole spices retain their essential oils and aroma:

  • All spices are heat-sealed in [food-grade/moisture-proof/resalable]     pouches.
  • Orders are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes to      prevent crushing during transit.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of India.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order and the packaging is torn or the spices are compromised:

  1. Please take a photo of the damaged packaging      immediately.
  2. Contact our support team at edsmarketingcompany@gmail.com    or  8075465498 within 48 hours     of delivery.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for      the damaged items.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. EDS Market is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
